Ashtanga Mysore

Ashtanga Mysore Style is suitable for anyone interested in developing or sustaining a consistent yoga practice. All levels of yoga experience are welcome, from beginners to long-time practitioners. It is a group class in which students move through the yoga practice at their own pace with the guidance of the teacher. Students newer to the practice may spend about 45-60 minutes in class, while students who have been practicing for longer might use the full 90 minutes.

Short Form Ashtanga

Short Form Ashtanga is a fully guided yoga class that emphasizes a smooth, steady breath pattern while moving through a set sequence of postures. The class opens with traditional Sun Salutations and includes standing, balancing, seated, and hands & knees postures. Class concludes with shavasana/final rest. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Ashtanga-Vinyasa

Ashtanga-Vinyasa is a fully guided yoga class that emphasizes a smooth, steady breath pattern while moving through a varied sequence of postures. This class will cultivate strength and flexibility of the body and the mind with an emphasis on equanimity through awareness of breath. You will encounter a variety of Ashtanga-based asanas: including Sun Salutations, standing, balancing, seated, and hands & knees postures. Class will open with a seated meditation and close with a shavasana/final rest. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
